1. Data Collection & Privacy

DropShirt AI collects minimal data required for the functioning of the service: email address, display name, profile photo, and design metadata. We do NOT sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties. All AI generation prompts are logged for safety and abuse prevention.

All authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication with Google and Email/Password providers. We enforce:

The AI engine generates T-shirt designs based on user prompts. The following content is strictly prohibited:

Violations will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent deletion. All generations are filtered through our safety checks.

4. Credits & Payments

Users start with a limited number of free credits. Additional credits can be earned by watching advertisements (up to 3 per day) or purchased through the in-app store. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Account Termination

Users may delete their account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all personal data, designs, and usage history will be permanently removed from our databases. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

6. Device & Security Monitoring

For security purposes, we monitor device IDs and login patterns. Free accounts are limited to 2 registered devices. Pro accounts have unlimited device access. Suspicious activity may trigger automatic security lockdowns.

7. Limitation of Liability

DropShirt AI provides the service "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. AI-generated designs are provided for inspiration and should be reviewed before commercial use.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
