Thank you for choosing DropShirt ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to providing high-quality AI-powered design tools for our users. Because our application provides immediate digital assets and server-side processing capabilities, we enforce a strict refund policy in accordance with international digital commerce laws.

By purchasing subscriptions or credit packages through our platform or official stores, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products and AI Credits

Our service utilizes paid server infrastructure to generate AI T-shirt designs, remove image backgrounds, and process high-resolution mockups instantly. Consequently, all purchases of non-recurring Credit Packages are considered final and non-refundable once any portion of the credits has been consumed.

Important Notice: If you purchase a package and do not consume any credits, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to review.

2. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

For users subscribed to our monthly or yearly billing plans, the following terms apply:

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or via our payment provider (Paddle). Your access to paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for automatic renewals if you forgot to cancel in time, as the system immediately provisions your monthly credit allotment upon billing.

3. Exceptions and Technical Malfunctions

We want to ensure a fair experience. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:

Double Billing: If your payment method was accidentally charged twice for a single transaction due to a technical error, we will promptly refund the duplicate charge.
Service Outages: If a major critical system failure on our end prevents you from accessing or using your purchased features for an extended period (exceeding 48 consecutive hours), a partial or full refund or equivalent credit compensation may be issued.

4. Abuse of Service and Chargebacks

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests or permanently terminate user accounts if we detect patterns of fraud, exploitation, or policy abuse (such as generating bulk assets and immediately requesting refunds).

Initiating an unapproved chargeback with your bank or credit card processor before contacting our support team may result in immediate suspension of your DropShirt account and legal blacklisting from our payment gateways.
