Because our application provides immediate digital assets and server-side processing capabilities, we enforce a strict refund policy in accordance with international digital commerce laws.

By purchasing subscriptions or credit packages through our platform or official stores, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Our service utilizes paid server infrastructure to generate AI T-shirt designs, remove image backgrounds, and process high-resolution mockups instantly. Consequently, all purchases of non-recurring Credit Packages are considered final and non-refundable once any portion of the credits has been consumed.

Important Notice: If you purchase a package and do not consume any credits, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to review.
